First I feel like having an appointment means nothing. When I got there I waited in line for 20 min int he Toyota care line with a screaming baby in the back. I had to keep moving back and forth to accommodate cars trying to pass through and to let cars behind me go forward to the appointment line. They told me 2.5 hours later (from when I had arrived on time for my 9:15 appointment) that I needed an air filter. It took 3 hours from when I got there to complete an inspection and tire rotation. I saw a lady a car in front of me when I got there leave an 1.5 hours before me. Then I was told my car was ready and I could check out 5-10 min. I waited and checked out around that time and then was told my manager could not be located tockmplete the paper work so I waited another 10 min. I’m tired and had a one year old to entertain for the 3 hours. I felt unheard and the process didn’t seem very fair. The facilities were nice. But one can only do so much for 3 hours for an inspection and tire rotation before wondering did an appointment even do anything for me?
