Yes, kathy Sanchez did a great job, she was very nice from the beginning and my vehicle was ready less an hour, the only down side of the day after the service, the dealership did a LOUSY, TERRIBLE job of washing my vehicle with that I was very disappointed.

Oil change Friday. Did not drive my car over the weekend and now Sunday nite, service light for tire came on when I started car. Second time I have been disappointed but only because I was a fool to give another chance. Bigger fool because I just paid to extend my Toyota Care. Alex was great but he's not the one that actually serviced my car. Now I feel stuck having to come back until Toyota Care expires. Can I transfer to another Toyota location?
