The service took 5-1/2 hours even with an appointment and even that we don’t have to wait on site. And the complimentary car wash was a lazy job. It became even worse than before the wash, i wish i could ask for not doing it.

It’s supposed to be 2 hours max, max...
But I got my car in 3 hours!
Jimmie service was good at first but he forgot to text me when my car was done, I got back 2 and 1/2 hours after I drop my car and ask him he said it was done, why didn’t you text me I said? He said he did! Well I didn’t get it!
He send me to the front building, but the paperwork isn’t there yet so I have walk back to Jimmie, and wait till he finish with what he’s doing so he can go the the office and ask them to sent the paperwork to the front building.
I waited there and they ask me to sign the wrong paperwork ( I didn’t check it, I just sign it, I have a lot to do, and I wasted my time there already!!!! AND BY THE WAY JIMMIE TEXT IS IN JUST NOW.
After I sign it we waited out side AND they try to give me the WRONG CAR!!!!
My car is the red Prius, they want me to drive away the white Honda!!!!
So I realize that she had me sign the wrong paperwork, so I have to go back in the line and ask her about it!
So u can imagine what I feel that time

Forgot to reset / turn off the “maintenance required” signal light & reset the clock s I had to drive back soon as I noticed on freeway.
And when I asked ...”Car wasn’t washed & no gas refill anymore?”.. Mathew said, their machine is being serviced right now.
My iPhone clip holder is also missing & I didn’t want to come back anymore to complain bec of traffic & getting darker.
