After 2 visits my recurring problems with the car are still not fixed and I have not been given an explanation of why they are happening. It’s distressing that every two days after I take my car in to have the problem fixed, I’m told “they couldn’t find anything wrong.” Something is clearly wrong when my airbag and traction lights indicate those systems aren’t working and my smart key doesn’t work. Rather than having a computer diagnose what’s wrong with my car, why can’t human beings investigate what’s really going on???
I have also paid to upgrade my rental twice now because I require a car with large cargo space for work. In addition to being without my car two separate times weekly, I’ve had to pay extra money to have a car large enough to transport cargo for my job. my family and I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars at longo through purchased cars and service. I can’t believe how frustrating it is to be told a second time that “they couldn’t find anything wrong” when electrical systems have failed twice after service.

My complaint involves Longo Toyota’s casual attitude toward customer waiting time.After I was informed that my car would be ready at 1:00 PM, I waited another 1 ½ hrs. before being told by a cashier that it had been ready since 12:30 PM. I could not reach my service advisor by phone nor any of his backups during that time period. By then it was 2:30 PM and it took another 20 minutes to get my car to the cashier building. This is not good customer service. My appointment time was 9:30 AM. I should have asked to be driven home in the morning and picked up later in the day up when the service was completed. This is not the first time this has happened to me at Longo Toyota. I will take my service needs elsewhere in the future.

I requested Sabrina to ask the Technicians to check the accuracy of my TPMS sensors because sometimes they show pressure incorrectly. However, she wrote in the work order about the TPMS light on the dash being on which was not the case and that led to incorrect diagnosis by the technician. When I brought this to her attention she only gave me a standard response and kept convincing me that the pressures were set and the TPMS was reset. I did not have time to argue with her and so I left. I feel that as a Service Coordinator she showed weakness in understanding what I was telling her and when confronted, she did not own up to her mistake and only tried to get me out the door. I don't expect Toyota service experience to be like this and I sure expected better from Longo Toyota
