Edward was awesome, but our vehicle came out with a huge scratch. Edward was advised of this; he took it back to see if it could be removed but it is was still there! He took down the info and said I would get a call... I am still waiting! Edward himself was very helpful and courteous however I have not heard back regarding this matter. I know it may be out of his hands... but maybe a follow up call to keep us in the loop???
PS I also mentioned this in a previous survey but it has fallen in deaf ears...

After doing all the requirements to get a duplicate ignition key of walking to service rep. And parts dep. showing license and registration and waiting an hour for the key.paging my name 3 times walking to parts and always telling me a few more minutes . Please make sure to check customers contract before charging them for a service that is on the contract. They tried to charge 80$ for an oil change that is supposed to be free. This is the second time In a row with bad service.
