My first contact was the young lady who put the cone on my car, and directed me the isle #2. She was smiling and very inviting demeanor. Then my Service Rep. was Kayla, who was delightful. She was friendly, not pushy, and very informative. Nice to see a woman in that position. This was my 1st experience Longo Toyota, and I see why it was highly recommended. Lack of attention to detail. Had to keep bothering him to get my tire repaired properly. Finally repaired after properly diagnosed. Vehicle returned with tire pressures over-inflated compared to door sticker guidance and not what is indicated in repair order. Radio presets were are messed up in a random pattern. This has not occurred in the past with battery disconnect. Called me and suggested replacement of “AC Filter”. Had no idea what he was talking about but said yes. Learned this was cabin air filter once I picked up vehicle, which had been replaced 5000 miles back and was not required. Windshield washer not working. Found a cut hose under hood. Presumably not part of the inspection.
As a side note, the day started off bad when I arrived for appointment and slow to get service. A lot of service advisors were standing around. A lot more employees were inside at coffee shop getting coffee which explains the long lines outside. Happy to send photos of this if needed.
Overall it is a very strong “No” to this one question.
