Mr. Luna is a refreshing class act for being so young. I’m a Gen X, and age 50, and to be honest, so many of the younger individuals today I find rude without great customer service. I sat 2 hours waiting for my vehicle for no reason I came in for my appointment at 1:30 pm for programming the windows to go up and down with the key fob and after 2 hours you guys come and tell me my vehicle does not support that feature like wtf you guys wasted my time made me sit **** 2 hours for no reason.
