Worker told me right away before checking, that technicians were unavailable to remove alarm on my car that day. He had said to come back another day. He asked who I spoke to & I had said another taller gentleman last Thursday. Worker didn’t even check with technicians to see if they were available. After the worker went to go check to see if there was a technician on site he then came over & just said okay it’ll be 2 to 3 hour wait. I’d just make sure instead of saying to just come back another day, just check before saying anything to the customer.
