I would expect the service tech to discuss with me any items that need attention. When looking at the Inspection Report I found my brake lining is bad. I will have this repaired somewhere else since it was NOT discussed with me.
Also, I scheduled my appointment online but there was no record of it. I was told it is a known problem but at least they were able to service my car in a timely manner.
