Your staff were great! I’m not pleased with driving 60 miles round trip and sitting your very comfortable waiting room for a hour to get my tires that were only 3 months old installed by a third party rotated, new wipers and two cabin filters that could all have easily been done at the next oil change.
Not pleased that the window sticker implied oil change today. I’m bitter. My wife passed away in March and this was her car so I’m not familiar with Toyotas maintenance practices. I feel like I wasted a day!
