Only thing could be better is that it was my first time getting oil changed. So I was told to wait in lobby and after 1hr of sitting there I was like no way it’s taking this long so I start to walk around and see my car sitting outside so I went back to service and ask if it’s done and they said “yeah thanks for stopping in here’s your keys” I think for future and especially to new customers to let them know that you guys won’t tell us when it’s done that we have to watch for it ourselves to be completed. First car with Toyota and this is the only dealership I’ve been too that doesn’t tell you when your service is done. I bet it was done in 20minutes because oil changes don’t take long but I sat there for 1 full hour without knowing. Now I know I have to look out for myself when my service is done. Runde, and McGrath always hand delivered keys personally to you on lounge so I guess it’s something I’ll have to get used to with picking Toyota is to lookout for ourselves!
