I didn't realize the children's carseat needed to be removed for the service. When service was completed, I found the carseat in the trunk slightly disassembled, as if they had a difficult time removing it. There was also a full cup of water in the carseat, so it spilled all over in the back.
Mechanics fixed the problem and did well with what needed to be fixed. Thank you.

Had a leak after getting a bunch of maintenance done. Took it in and they determined it was the radiator. It was replaced at no cost which I really appreciated.

It's too early for me to have an opinion on the quality of the repair. I do think I should have been kept up to date on the status of the repair a little better than I was. It was a major repair that started on a Tuesday morning and the following Monday I stopped in and found out it wasn't completed. Please contact me if there are any questions on this information.
