They are always so nice and professional. I was late due to an accident and they said no problem come as soon as you can. They had me sign paperwork afterwards . Fernie even held the door open for me to the waiting area. John said they found a hole in my tire and he knew I would approve patching it so he took the liberty to tell them to go ahead and fix it. I did not wait particularly long even though I was late. John even drove my car into the garage so I didn’t have to go out in the rain. I trust them with my car hands down and don’t not go anywhere else.

Every time I call in to schedule a service the woman who answers is beyond rude! And always tells me that my warranty has expired. I then have to say that I purchased the extended service appointments. She tells me I didn’t and then eventually finds it in the system. I am sick and tired of having to advocate for something I already purchased. And in person she is a condescending **** too. I was sick over needing to buy a different car. However the sales team and finance team were amazing! The men in the service department I have worked with have been great. But I literally get a stomach ache over having to call in and get the attitude of the woman who answers the phone in service.
