Hello, I cannot express my disappointment at your facility. When I was reassured that my car had all of the inspections done with oil change. I even asked Mr. Whilem if they checked the air filter. I explained to him more than once my car has almost 60,000 and no one has ever questioned it? He stated-oh Yes! They rotated your tires and everything they marked in this paper and even checked the cabin filter! I said my tires didn’t need rotating! I do not know what’s going on there but my trust has not been there since last year when I got tires and moved back here from Waterloo. And Now this!!!!! How do I know I’m getting what I paid for???? That kid could have just said he did the oil change. Who knows?? All I can say is WOW! So my 57 year old self put the hood Of my car up in the rain checked it when I got home! To say the least I was Furious! My neighbor Roma was outside in the parking lot and she saw how upset I was and She saw the dirty filter! I said they didn’t even top off fluids. So she gave me some of hers so I could fill up my windshield fluid. I don’t believe my oil was changed either. I was raised not to tell a lie! And do it right the first time or don’t do it at all. Doesn’t feel good and leaving a pit in my stomach. I only want the best worker from here on in on my car forever. I’ll Only deal with Kurt only. I trust this will be taken care of in all seriousness. TRUST is hard to get back once I lost it. Toyota Certified??? How do I let them know??? Amy K

I wasn't explained why the heat shield was removed if the car needs it or not vs tack it back in place. I feel the work done was over priced. The quoted price for additional work is hundreds more than some other mechanics. I was appreciative to get my car setviced and having courtesy rides while my car was serviced. The staff are always courteous.

Completely satisfied with all the service at Andersen Weber. I have come to expect good service and have not been disappointed.
