I was there for 2 hours for an oil change which I feel is unacceptable. I asked when I left how long an oil change takes and I was told about 1 hour. When I told her I was there for 2 hours she was surprised. Because of this I had to come right home as I had another appointment to get to.

Everyone was very friendly while being professional at the same time. Kurt was very helpful in trying to diagnose why our text messages were not being shown on our screen. We will need to come back for further investigation of why that feature is not working.
