The customer service driver was beyond rude and drove like a bat out of hell. I don’t understand why I paid for an extended warranty because whenever I bring something up I hear how much it’s going to cost. Honestly, it’s really frustrating and I feel like I was scammed.

It was obvious that my business was not appreciated. I basically waited for 15 to 20 minutes while the service manager took care of another customer. That would have been fine accept for the fact that I was there at least 10 minutes before the other customer arrived. Couple that with the fact that the problem with my vehicle was not solved and I walked away telling myself I’ll never buy from Anderson Weber again. Last thing, I have probably purchased 6 to 8 vehicles from you through the years. Never again. You’ve lost me.
