I waited 2 hours for my car to get an oil change while people that came after me for the same service left an hour before me. At 1 hour 30 minutes I started to ask about the car and they kept telling me it is coming now, but didn't get brought out for another 40 minutes. When I finally got it they did not charge me for it, which I would have let it go, but the girl in the office kept making excuses and said it to ok longer because I got tires rotated. She was extremely rude and not apologetic. I purposely scheduled 7am to not be late for work, but instead was 90 minutes late and didn't make that pay for the day. In addition your tram cant seem to fix my trunk leak after 4 times of bringing it there and paying for it to not be fixed. In all honesty my husband and I have lost faith in you dealership and gm.
