My experience with Martin has always been pleasant. He’s is knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. I would recommend him to anyone.
My issue is with the fact that a loaner vehicle is not offered when the AC is not functioning due to a manufacturer issue, during the first hottest week of the year, and the vehicle has only been in my possession for a little over three months.
It’s a 2024 vehicle with less than 8,000 miles. I have three children, there is no way we can travel anywhere without having the windows down because the temps are easily in the 80’s.

I would say I am more happy than completely satisfied. There was a delay in getting parts so pick up for my car was delayed one day. Gary did discount my overall bill, which was awesome. The price of repairs these days is getting a little ridiculous, it was definitely more than I anticipated.
