Jennifer in service is great. She always wants you to be satisfied with the work they do on your vehicle. I know taking it to a dealer is more money than taking your vehicle to a regular shop but it get done right. I do think the parts were a little more expensive than a non dealer. I will continue to bring my vehicle to MK Smith.
