We had $60 reward that was CLEARLY noted on the estimate. When it came time for payment, worker charged the full amount and when we called to inquire why she hadn’t removed, we’re told we have to VERBALLY request it and would not issue a credit. Horrible! Why have a rewards program is you are not going to honor your terms?
