Not completely satisfied. I usually take my truck to another dealer for service and they go over and beyond to make sure I’m completely satisfied. For example the basic I would get a vehicle to loaner from the dealer or from rental place. 100% will wash my car and even given me a free oil change. Mk tried to charge $80 for a bracket that supposedly was not covered and also I was told that the warranty only $220 and that you mk charges $230 per hour! And wanted me to pay the difference. No my truck was filthy dusty with bird poop on the windshield and hood of my truck! Really bad. So no I don’t feel as a valued customer here at Mk the to total cost to repair my truck $6,400.

After making an appointment last week for my air bag recall and oil change I brought my truck in this week
Took off work, changed my schedule, got a ride home. 9:30 am
Around 12:30pm did I get a text saying they cannot do the recall repair they have to order the airbag? Things scheduled for maintenance should be checked beforehand if there is an appointment made ahead of time.
Now I need to find another date and time to get repair done when the part comes in?
