I took my car for repairs on a Thursday didn't get any answers of wen my car was going to be ready or did they offer to give me a rental I was stranded had to look for a ride home after work the next day I called in the morning to ask about my car and the service writer did not answer my call I kept on calling and sending me on hold till 3-4 o'clock he text me back telling me they were going to keep my car till Monday and gave me a loner car that had trash an empty water bottle in the back seat Monday came they told me my car wasn't ready yet waiting for parts I got my car was ready Thursday night to late for me to pick up I got my car back Friday morning with no explanation of what was wrong whit my car full of bird **** and all dirty from being outside in the sun for 7 days worst experience I had in a Chevrolet service department
