This was the first time I had to pay out of pocket for my oil change... I was shocked that it would cost 55, I had hoped it would be lower. This service was very good, the lobby was clean, and the restroom was clean. They were going to wash my car but didn't tell me until I was outside in the cold with my 12 week old and waiting for my car. So I told them not to worry about it.. they should have don't the wash then told me to wait outside not the opposite. The service gentleman did offer to help me put my stroller in my car. The time frame was 10:40 to 12:30, from the time I checked in until the time I was called it was done.

David was courteous and professional. However, my tire was not repaired for the third time. I bought a warranty for my wheels a and run flat tires. One has been leaking air for a while and there's always an excuse. Today, apparently your machine that would repair was broken. I do not have time to go to an off site place. I was told to try in a week and we'll do so. Hopefully, it gets repaired then. Another minor issue is that all of my other cars get washed after being serviced. Apparently, you don't have that service for corvettes. I would figure that a car of such value would be washed but I'm not concerned about that. As a suggestion I would wash Corvette's after service.

Andrew was great so none of these comments should reflect poorly on him, however, the techs were unable to diagnose the problem with my vehicle. This is the second time it has been looked at for this reason. Also, a component in the radio needed to be replaced and it took over a week to get that done. I was given an loaner vehicle to drive while the warranty work was done, but the vehicle clearly had never been cleaned inside. It had used tissues, someone's comb, old stale French fries and othe trash on the floor, and dust covered the inside. I went straight home from the dealership to vacuum and clean the interior before I would even let my kids ride in it. Again, Andrew was great about keeping in touch during the process and very accommodating about doing what he can to help diagnose the problem, so this absolutely is not a reflection on the service he provided.
