I explained to Mike that I did not wanted my tires rotated, he wrote it down on the hard copy instead of reprinting it. When I drove my truck to work on Monday I noticed the road noise because the tires were rotated. I called and left Mike a voice mail. It's been two days since I left the voice mail and have yet to revive a call back.

The reason why I said no was due to the fact that I HAD made an appointment for 7. I checked in just after that. I was going in for an oil change and brakes. I contacted the service rep at 1230 to see what the status was and they hadn’t even started the brakes! Why have an appointment if it’s going to take 5 hours to finish an oil change and THEN begin the brake job? That is my frustration. The work seems to be done properly, but I haven’t really driven the car too much.
