I arrived at 8:40 for my first service and was told it’d be done by 10:40. I asked at that time if it was done, my service agent said another 15 to 10 min. An hour later when it was finally done, I asked him why customers who came after me were already taking care of before me, he told me he’d call me to let me know but never did.
