The plastic bag,foot paper, and the service number were
Left in the car. I Cleaned everything out and there was nowhere
To throw the trash way. Good thing the lady who
helped me saw me holding the trash she ran and said I’ll take that.
She was disappointed and embarrassed of her team.
On the other hand your facility was clean my service girl was super nice.
Oh and I didn’t know you had to ask for a car wash.

I usually go to Dennis Rhale, he as always taken care of me very well. Jenifer also took very good care of me. I understand Dennis will be retiring soon, now I feel confident enough to continue with MK Smith due to Jenifer. Alignment is still off and pulling to the right. Your detailers did a terrible job. Mirrors had water marks all over them. The hood and roof still had dirt on it. As far as Andrew he did a good job

Having a 7AM appointment for only a simple oil change, tire rotation and fluid check then waiting 1 1/2 hours was a little excessive.
Arriving at 6:45 only to have 6-7 vehicles in front is not what I call organized. I would have a line for appointments only.
Some people don’t pull up and then you loose your place to another car in the other lane.
