On 4-10-18 I paid $156 for a brake fluid exchange/flush... After I was working on front end I noticed that the brake caliper bleeder had not been touched? I checked the other 3 caliper bleeder screws and they too had not been touched I came back this week and showed Don the service manager and he had the tech do the flush! If I had not checked I would have been tossing with truck thinking I just had the fluid serviced that mechanic needs to be fired! This is why people don't trust dealerships so no I am not satisfied with MK Chevy, we own 3 Chevrolets we won't be coming back for service! PS I too am a retired master mechanic..

First off when I pulled up it took about 5-7 mins to get acknowledged. And the service dept was not busy at all. Secondly, I was not notified my truck was done like I was told I would be. I had to flag down a guy from a different dept and ask if my truck (that was sitting there) was finished.
Then I noticed Oil hand prints every where, inside and out of the truck.
At first I thought was a scratch, **** color transfer was left on my front passenger door. I told Dennis and he responded like I was making a big deal over nothing. I think he expected me to drive away and deal with it on my own.
This was my last free oil change, but after all this I will be taking my truck elsewhere.
Very disappointed in overall experience with your service department.
