The young lady who checked me out and processed my transaction went above and beyond to help me get an question answered about my emails from MK Smith, as well as she was willing to help give me a coupon left behind for my service which I was not able to access via email
Upon leaving one of my request was for my last service one of my tires. The cap was not on it when the tires were filled up so I asked that a new one get put on upon leaving. I noticed a different tired now didn’t have the cap and that was because the caps had in tires had been rotated so with no problem at all, someone came out from the back in the service department and put a cap right on the tire and I was able to leave..
Excellent service and customer service once again so happy with my MK Smith staff.
