I was extremely inconvenienced by not being contacted to communicate with me that a ride back to the dealership would not be provided. Therefore I arrived after closing and was unable to get WiFi and phone connected with apps. This is the third time I’ve had to bring car back regarding computer display issues and connections. I’ve been paying for WiFi and have not been able to effectively use it in the last 3 years. It connects initially then spins around. Terrible experience AGAIN!!! Why I don’t come to dealership for service.

We took our vehicle in for two reasons , one was because a check engine light went on and the other was to change out some lights and signals that were burned out. It turned out that the check engine light was due to the transmission. It took weeks to get to that repair, no replacement/loaner vehicle was offered and if we took the vehicle home we lost our place in line. So basically it was **** it up and deal with it on a warrantied part. Then we got a cryptic message stating the vehicle was ready, not ready, ready and telling us to call back. We called 5 times in total, within 30 minutes of receiving the message, and could never speak to our technician. Finally we went to pick up the vehicle and found out the lights and signals were never replaced during the weeks that the vehicle was sitting there. The inservice stated they were not replaced because we did not call back. Did they think we changed our minds after we already approved the work order?! There should be more than one technician that a customer can speak with. And this is not the first time we have had issues with this. It is completely unacceptable that the simple job of replacing lights/turn signals was not done during the weeks our vehicle was just sitting there. And it is completely unacceptable that we could not reach our technician within minutes of him leaving us a message. We have been customers of MK smith for 20+ years and have witnessed a significant decline in the quality of service. We believe it is time to start taking our vehicles elsewhere.

I waited about 7 minutes in my veh and no other customer cars or service staff approached me. I got out and waited for someone to assist. That took several minutes. The billing should also have reflected my discount but I had to go inside and correct that. Painter $400 labor and I have to wait.

They forgot my wheel lock and I had to drive all the way back to get it. They didn’t know where it was at and was not accommodating. I have 3 kids and this was definitely an inconvenience. I will not service with you all never again.
