Had my truck serviced Friday the 5th. Last night after work I realized I was missing three of my lug nuts from my front right tire. I go to look for my locking lug socket so I can tighten the rest and they did not put it back in my truck.

As always, Jay did an awesome job as our Service Advisor. He's your top-notch Service Advisor as far as we are concerned. There are two comments of improvement that would help your Service Department. 1. The Mukti-point Inspection sheet should ALWAYS be part of the documents given to the customer at the end of their visit. You alway have to ask. Then, stand around & wait if your Service Advisor is busy. The other Servixe Advisors refuse to help you! 2. If a customer asks that you DON'T rotate their tires, the wheel & tire assemblies should still ne removed to inspect the brakes. That reasoning makes no sense. Those were the frustration issues of my visit. But, that is a management issue the Service Manager or Director need to review, improve & resolve.

Jennifer went the extra mile to listen to my concerns and not only schedule a service visit for the things that were necessary but also to make suggestions for things that I could adjust which would not require service (ie not setting heavy things on the seat which was most likely causing the air bag sensor to incorrectly identify whether or not a person was in the seat,). I appreciate that suggestion which solved the issue and saved me unnecessary expenditure. She was very professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with in scheduling. Thank u.

Martin Rosales needs to learn about customer service and how to treat people. He makes mistakes and admits to it but when it came down to picking up my vehicle, he starts making excuses. Do not tell your customers something on the phone and in person he tells us a different story. He tried to argue and tell my wife something different. He blamed Gary his co-worker and even mentioned his Manager Don, That is not a team player. My car was dropped off Friday morning and was not done until Thursday afternoon. That long for an alternator when Gary tells me by Monday or Tuesday. I had to pay for a rental car for six days. Maybe Martin needs training since he admitted to us that he is new. I feel he dug himself in a hole a was too scared to tell Don that he made a mistake. Overall I am really disappointed with my service. I could say more but if you want to address this problem I am always available. I would not want this problem to happen to another customer.

I’m completely dissatisfied. I was a few minutes early to my Tuesday 12:30pm appointment, told Jay the transmission sometimes would drop into low just before I came to a complete stop. I noticed the sign for oil change so I added that. Jay noticed the check engine light on and asked if I want it diagnosed. I said I want the trans checked first and if that FIX didn’t make the dash light go off then yes. Thursday morning around 10am I still had heard nothing from Jerry so I called and left a message on his voicemail. An hour and a half or so later still not hearing from him my callback and spoke to him directly. He said they were checking the check, engine light which surprised me because they were supposed to fix the trans before they even messed with that. his explanation was they road tested the truck and couldn’t replicate the situation that I had described. I was more than a little surprised that there wasn’t a higher tech way of checking the transmission than just some guy driving it around the block once. That was completely unacceptable to me because my initial delivery of the truck there was to get the transmission issue addressed before anything else. I asked Jay what the bill was he said, I just owed for the oil change I said leave it alone. I’ll be down to get it. Completely dissatisfied and very angry at the lack of listening to what I asked and never getting an email or call from Jay and I only became aware of what I did because I called twice after waiting two days of hearing nothing with you guys having the truck.

Jay and Jennifer are both incredibly pleasant and capable. I used to hate having to make appointments at your location now, as long as I'm dealing with Jay or Jennifer, I am completely willing to pick up the phone and make necessary appointments. They are undoubtedly an asset to your organization.
