Jay was completely thorough and extremely helpful from beginning to end I will be returning whenever I need any service mainly from him being so helpful of course the service techs as well are very good at what they do.

I’m completely dissatisfied. I was a few minutes early to my Tuesday 12:30pm appointment, told Jay the transmission sometimes would drop into low just before I came to a complete stop. I noticed the sign for oil change so I added that. Jay noticed the check engine light on and asked if I want it diagnosed. I said I want the trans checked first and if that FIX didn’t make the dash light go off then yes. Thursday morning around 10am I still had heard nothing from Jerry so I called and left a message on his voicemail. An hour and a half or so later still not hearing from him my callback and spoke to him directly. He said they were checking the check, engine light which surprised me because they were supposed to fix the trans before they even messed with that. his explanation was they road tested the truck and couldn’t replicate the situation that I had described. I was more than a little surprised that there wasn’t a higher tech way of checking the transmission than just some guy driving it around the block once. That was completely unacceptable to me because my initial delivery of the truck there was to get the transmission issue addressed before anything else. I asked Jay what the bill was he said, I just owed for the oil change I said leave it alone. I’ll be down to get it. Completely dissatisfied and very angry at the lack of listening to what I asked and never getting an email or call from Jay and I only became aware of what I did because I called twice after waiting two days of hearing nothing with you guys having the truck.

Kind and helpful

Jay and Jennifer are both incredibly pleasant and capable. I used to hate having to make appointments at your location now, as long as I'm dealing with Jay or Jennifer, I am completely willing to pick up the phone and make necessary appointments. They are undoubtedly an asset to your organization.

Service advisor Martin provided service advice keeping in mind I have children. He was honest and reason will go back for additional service needs. Thank you!!

Had to take my vehicle for brakes to be repaired due to a recall. . Work was done quickly and efficiently. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I wish I could tell you how I really feel, but I remember that M.K Smith was always helped me out with a vehicle when no one else would. For that reason alone, I'll bite my tongue.
