Mr Long is the Consumate Customer Service Manager. I am having to get my 2005 Mountaineer out of "Intensive Care" whereby my financial output is exceeding Three Thousand Dollars. Mr Long is understanding and he is softening the sting allowing me to Piecemill the work to completion. No matter how hard we try to live right, do right, be right, negative, unforeseen circumstances appear without warning. It has taken me two years to come back to East West Lincoln Mercury because of such circumstances. Your commitment to your customers is the reason why I returned. I can't remember the name of the first man who began taking care of me two years ago, but that man impressed me with the same courtesy, empathy, and professionalism as Mr Long, and he too deserves a " BRAVO ZULU" COMMENDATION for perpetuating Your Superior Name in Service. I will drive 100 Miles for this kind of Service. I'm grateful I only have to drive Eight Miles KUDOS and BRAVO ZULU to Mr Long
