The service was excellent. I was confident that the tech new what the problems were and that they would be prepared. My frustration was with the fact that it took well over an hour almost two hours to get my vehicle after the repairs were made.the air blower was replaced and secondly batteries were replaced in the key fob. They showed me the repaired vehicle around 1:35pm. I left the service center at 3:30pm. Whatever the process is for paperwork, that is way too long and inefficient. I take my vehicle to othe Lincoln service centers and I have never waited that long to get my vehicle after I spoke with the mechanic and service manager. A customer shouldn’t have to wait two hours for paperwork to be processed. That is excessive. I am pleased with the time it took to get me in and actually service the vehicle. Everyone was professional and polite great service up to the point of closing me out.
