Just about everything was just awful!!!! You service agent was rude, unhelpful and just useless! 3 weeks to fix three small things really? I would never ever come back and I would tell anyone who considered your company to run for the hills! Sad sad service! Biggest mistake we have made in a long time! We have a 18 year old suburban in great shape because we never had you service it!!!!!

The lift for my truck wasn’t available on 8/6.
I brought it in on 8/14 specifically to have the tires rotated using the lift. I was told that if I brought the truck in, it would be serviced.
I was told after 4:00pm that day that the lift wasn’t available again.
