Joe Jimenez was great. My only complaint is that they ran out of car wash vouchers. I'm used to getting my company owned vehicle serviced at the dealer, my last vehicle was a Lincoln Navigator and they had an in house car wash. With the thunderstorm last night, I really needed a car wash. I was told that new owners are starting next month and I hope they see the value of that professional touch. I'm finding out that certain nuances with Sierra Chevrolet, like road hazards are not covered. I purchased 4 new tires just a couple of months ago and got a nail. I was charged 25+ to fix the flat. Every other tire company provides this service fee. As a Comptroller for a local mfg company, I specifically look out for these things. Thanks for listening.

I brought my 2007 Saturn Sky in to have the front brake pads replaced. Service convinced me to do a fuel injection and throttlebody cleaning, which I agreed to, and it then took over four weeks two replace the ECM which was fried because the mechanics did not have proper reprogramming tools to do the work.
The lack of communication on what went wrong, how it was going to be repaired, and when it was going to be repaired was frankly terrible. I had to make frequent trips to Sierra Chevrolet and frequent phone calls and text messages to stay apprised of the status of this work. One day I drove out to see my car in the mechanics bay, only to find that the hood had been left open for days and both windows had also been left open for days. The inside and outside of the car were filthy. I felt like Sara Chevrolet was treating my car like a piece of junk. My opinion is that Sierra Chevrolet Should not claim that they’re a certified and qualified GM mechanic based on my experience with my GM car.

This was by far the worst service I have ever received from Sierra.I am a night shift worker, I forewent my sleep to drop off my vehicle at 8am for a routine oil change and a 22000 mile inspection. I did not get a phone call to pick up my vehicle until after 5:00 p.m. When asked why it took so long for a phone call to pick up my vehicle,I never got a straight answer my representative said that he wrote it up for someone named Abraham but never gave me a reason why it took so long for me to get my vehicle back.The tire ware were noted on my paperwork but I never received a call in the 9 hours that that the vehicle was being held to find out if I wanted them change and because of the ware on them, they flat out weren't rotated. Really thinking about using another dealer at this point....
