I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in Honda Sierra. I ordered the parts on Super Bowl Sunday - Feb. 2nd, 2020. I called to confirm that all the parts were received on March 1st and proceeded to schedule my appointment for March 10th. After I dropped the car off I was informed that one of the pieces were back ordered, and that it would take DAYS for it to arrive. I informed the associate that I could not wait as I work in Arizona and I had dedicated 1 day for the part me to be installed. They informed me that they could expedite the piece and have it by the 11th. They were able to get the part March 11 and complete the service on March 11th 3pm. I am disappointed because I had ordered this over a month ago, called the parts center to confirm that they had arrived only to find out that it wasn’t ready. I am frustrated because I had to call off of work because the car was not ready in time. Honda Sierra Service misplaced my odometer button/stick and should replace it because it was there when I dropped it off. Robert asked me for the current mileage so I was able to push the button/stick before I dropped it off. It is no longer there. The service guys did a poor job explaining how the remote worked and looked bothered that I asked for a demonstration. No one apologized for wasting my time and my odometer button/stick is missing. First time getting my car serviced there and experience was great. Vince Tran greeted me politely and assisted me quickly. He gave me a time estimate that was right on and text me when my car was done. Could not be happier with my experience at Sierra Honda or the customer service provided by Vince.
