Kevin Eng was great to work with. Honest, knowledgeable, and very trustworthy. Always kept me updated on the progress of the work being done and would hope to get him next time I bring one of my two Honda’s in for service.

Adam was very polite and courteous. My vehicle was ready at the quoted time. And when dropping the car off, I asked him if any of the online coupons I had found would apply to my service, and he said yes and he had already applied a coupon for me. I was very happy about that - who doesn’t like a discount?! And especially before I even asked for it. Very happy with today’s visit. Also, while there today, I saw Billy who was my guy the last two times I was in. Billy remembered me and greeted me by name! Very impressed with his customer service skills as well.
