You are asking the wrong question. David has always taken care of me abobe expectation. You should be concerned with the quality of the service provided by your technicians. Day 1, oil change, fix leak in tire (removed a screw), rotate tires. Car pulls severely to right after leaving dealership. Day 2, technician says "tire pull", put tires back and never rotate again. Day 3, original tire with leak is low... return a third time to have it fixed again (remove a nail). David didn't do the service... you should be asking about the quality of the service, not how much I liked your lobby and donuts! I'm not upset or mad, and I will be back, because Dave has taken care of our service needs for over 8 years now... but as I contemplate a 100,000 mile service on my Pilot I want to make sure that attention to quality service is important behind the scenes in the shop.
