When I was told by the sales manager to bring my car in to take care of the issue found on initial delivery, he promised a full tank of gas when I departed. That was not done, indicating a lack of communication within the dealership of promises made. If the dealership can't follow through on simple things like this, how can I trust you'll follow through on what is promised - like good service and quality workmanship?
