I called the service dept late Friday night regarding our 2013 Honda Accord. The original battery needed to be replaced and I was told the service department opened at 7 am.
I arrived at the dealership the next morning at 6:40am and there were already 5 cars in line. I noticed the service writers were working, even though it wasn’t 7 o’clock yet.
This was an example of excellent customer service and pride in your work. My vehicle was ready in less then 30 minutes and I was back on the road. This wasn’t my first visit to your dealership and in each case my experience has been fantastic. I will continue to bring my vehicle for service needs and refer anyone I know needing work done to their vehicle.
