When my service was complete, the outside of my car was dirtier than when I arrived. Not sure what happened, but my windshield was a mess. Everything was good, except for this.

Now that the vehicle had an rotation. The vehicle pulls to the right. Have had several tire rotations on other vehicles and never had a problem with the alignment afterwards. I am not satisfied with my service at Surprise Honda because I should not have to take time to have more work done to my vehicle because of this issue.

David provided a world class experience, he was very helpful and understanding from the start. He made sure I was taken care of. He was honest and transparent with me from the beginning. I have a Nissan and he recommended if I’m looking to get a cheaper deal I should take it to Nissan he took time to call different locations to find me the best deal. At the end of the day I chose to pay an extra 30$ just because his customer service was amazing! Thank you David!

I made an appointment for service over the phone earlier in the week and when I arrived the service department acted like they had no idea I was supposed to be there today. I was asked to go inside and sit down and wait until someone was free to help me. Once someone was available they acted put out that I was there. I received a multi point inspection that showed green for air and cabin filters. When I checked them when I got home I could tell nobody looks at them and just checked the boxs as the air filter was dirty and the cabin filter was filthy and should have been marked red. Obvoius that this was not done today.
