I was satisfied with the service I received. I understand that it's part of the advisor's job, but I am tired of bringing my car to the dealership, requesting specific things be done and then get a call trying to to up-sell me on other services that are not required. I know what the recommended services are. I find it very annoying when someone tries to get me to spend hundreds more than what I brought the car in for. This seems to happen EVERY time that I bring my car in for service.
