I waa satisfied with the replacement of the driver's side airbag but in the process the plastic handle, on the hood release in the cabin was broken off. Nothing was said to me and I found it sitting on the floor board the next time I got in the car. It would not have been an issue if something was said especially since I consider the car just a daily driver so I don't have to rack up the miles on the truck that I do care about. To me that is enough for me to not even consider surprise honda when it's time to replace the daily driver.

Mr. **** has been very helpful to me. I had several issues with my last two services that lead to me chosing to get my car serviced by a different company. I had to get all new breaks , rotors and drums, pads replaced and tires. I was upset and advised Mr. **** that the other times I was getting my oil changed I was never given the info about the status of my car. I was upset and asked Mr **** if Honda is still doing a full inspection I could of prevented the costly repairs and lost confidence in your services. And Mr. **** listened to my concerns and made sure that this was getting addressed. I am glad to see that customer service is stil alive and well in this day and age.

I called on friday and spoke to both the parts and service dept about adding a spare key to my already scheduled recall/oil change appt and was advised they have the key on hand and it would not be a problen. My son shows up only to be told they just sold the last key.
