Although my service was complete and satisfactory. I believe that the employees I dealt with seemed annoyed or would rather not work with me. Jonathan Bower was nice and took care of my MPP warranty. But there was an underlying attitude some of the employees gave off, although I do understand it was early in the morning.
Again, my car was serviced and taken care of.

Horrible. Two times in a row! Was simplyed suggested to go pay without any answers to the questions poised during drop off. Had ask the results with really no answers. Have had the vehicle for over 2 years and couldn’t simply find out how to get text on the Bluetooth. Staff stated the phone. Got new phone and still no text on car. Sales person sat for 30 minutes to tell me “I don’t know - need to wait for car update. My wife comes home an google to get it to work. Check paperwork for request for help. No resolution and will so how it works after google. Why do I pay Honda???? Extremely disappointed. Service person was no help. Had to ask what was done. Will ask other service provider and maybe different vehicle. Horrible service.
