Alfredo did an excellent job. I was very pleased he answered all my questions and helped me with my coupons at the end of my visit. The only down side was I asked to be picked up at 10am this morning to get my car in time for my next appointment. They picked me up at 11am instead. Then I ended up speeding to get to my next appointment on time and got a ticket!! Then my next appointment got mad I was so late they almost canceled on me until I told them how hard I tried to get there on time. My suggestion to you is to listen to your customers. When I asked to be picked up at 10am show up and don’t call me at 10am and say you’ll be here in 30 minutes. That really cost me a lot of anguish!! First traffic ticket I got in 30 years!!!

No matter how many times I have to bring in my troublesome vehicle due it’s continuous problematic engine issues, David and Robert are always very courteous and reassuring that all will be ok even though I just had to pay another copayment for my extended warranty coverage.
