Jonathan was abrasive from the moment we brought in our cars. We stated we had a coupon when we arrived for both oil changes and needed tire rotations and batteries in our key fobs. Jonathan asked we’re we service the cars and we told him showcase Honda and he assured us that Surprise Honda will always be cheaper. However, that was not the case we usually pay $37-$39 for full synthetic oil changes. When we were cashed out he had charged $49 per oil change. I then called showcase on the phone and they stated the price was $39 for oil changes. Jonathan said I used your coupon for the tire rotations and key fob batteries. What should have been done was honor the price of $39!for oil changes and the coupon should have been used for other items. We bought two out of our three Honda pilots from your location but moving forward we will not be bringing any of the pilots there for service or will be purchasing any vehicles from your location.
