Jon is so absolutely wonderful!!!! I was babysitting a 6 1/2 week old baby and realized out of the blue that my battery must have died without any prior warning. I had the baby with me and no appointment but I called him up and left a voicemail and he called immediately back and told me go ahead and bring it straight there as soon as I could and he made sure that me and the baby were back out of there and on the road within 30 minutes from my arrival! He is fantastic!!!

David **** is the best! I only came if for a scheduled oil change but I mentioned my frustration with the door locks as they didn't automatically unlock when I parked. He spent just a few minutes and solved an issue that had been bugging me since I purchased the truck (used). I continue to be very happy with the service advice and work at Surprise Honda.

I went in for an oil change on Friday. I picked up my car on Saturday, and when I got home I saw oil dripping under the car. After crawling under it, I noticed the oil pan drain plug backed off a couple of turns, causing it to leak. I noticed the leak too late in the evening Saturday to give a heads up on what I found.
