My appointment was at 8:30am, I told them I would not be back till 2 or 3 and I asked them to wash my car, they said of course. They texted me at about 9:20ish my car was done. I got back to the dealership around 2:30pm, and my car was sitting out under the bay with the windows down. Now on this day it was raining, cold and windy. I walked in the service guy gave me some bs that they just pulled my car out. I go out to it and it’s dirty outside and inside cause it sat for half the day with the windows down and they never washed it. Very disappointed I have been going to this dealership for years, this is my 2nd new Honda from you guys and I am very upset, feel like I am a nothing.
