I was very pleased to bring my Honda Pilot in for service. I had an appointment with Alfredo and he greeted me with a smile and a welcome. Our vehicle was ready when promised and also washed. Alfredo explained everything they had performed and a checklist of all the ad systems that they inspected.

Michael was awesome! I called for someone who was no longer there, and he answered. Within a minute of speaking with him, I relaxed because he treated me like a friend and long-time customer! I told him my battery died and he told me to bring it in as soon as I could and they would fix it for me. They did, and amazingly for the first time ever, I did NOT have to reset all my radio stations! Wow, great service! Thank you, Mike, and Surprise Honda!
