Waited 3.5 hours on Thursday for a inop door latch. Not the fault of the rep. Never the less, the customer should not have to wait 3.5 hours when the part had to be ordered. Take them home and pick them up or provide a car. Yes, some dealers do still provide a loaner.

Received an appointment immediately, service folks listened to & understood the problem I described, & were thorough in investigating the issue that brought me in.
But realized as I drove down the road the car had not been washed as promised. Not a huge deal but surprising given how thorough service generally is at this setting. Mike thought the car had been washed & I was in a hurry to leave to another appointment & had not checked until I realized the outside windshield was still dirty.

All my experiences have been pretty great with the exception of the financial person, Ivan. After I purchased my vehicle, I did have difficulty with sales staff. I left 2 messages in regards to my license plate and registration that I was unable to locate. I never got a call back. But my experience with service was great!
