Over charged for an oil change and waited for over an hour. Dealer seemed empty , no way I should have waited so long.

I think that Mr. **** went over and above as far as service goes. He was super friendly and free with advice and willingly answered every question that I asked. In addition to all that he made it possible for me to get taken care of today when I fully expected to have to make an appointment and come back another day. If this is the kind of service that I can expect from Honda then I’ll make my wife sell her Infiniti and we’ll get another Honda. I’ve only had my used Civic for about 2 weeks but so far I’m extremely impressed with both the car and the dealership!!!

Nathan was great but the technician was terrible as he did not connect the dust pan on the bottom of engine securely and it came off again just 100 miles down the freeway and after calling Nathan to see what to do about it he suggested I find a mechanic to remove it and leave it off. Can’t trust your mechanics to fix it right as it delayed my trip in the first place then delayed my trip a second time when the pan came loose a second time dragging on the freeway. Getting a mechanic to remove it cost me for what should have been fixed by your mechanic. ????
